To differentiate: The supination and pronation of the forearm.

Concept introduction: Human skeletal system is composed of bones, cartilages, ligaments, and tendons. These together form the framework of the human body and maintain the body shape and structure. Radius and ulna are the bones of the forearm. The proximal end of the radius has a disc-shaped head that joins with the capitulum of the humerus. The proximal end of ulna has a C-shaped trochlear notch that articulates with the trochlea of the humerus.
