Introduction:

The range of motion is the total quantity of mobility that can be exhibited by considerable joint. The complete possible movement of the joint is generally its range of extension and flexion. The movement is control by tendons, muscles, ligaments, and a particular joint. The degree of rotation helps in measuring the joint movement. The degree of movement beyond its capabilities will result in dislocation and sprain.
