Organizational culture shows the image of attitude, behaviors, and style of working of the organization. There are four types of the organizational Culture as follows:
- Clan Culture: This Culture is employee focused culture and values the flexibility but not the stability.
- Adhocracy Culture: This type of culture is risk-taking and values the flexibility.
- Market Culture: This type of organization culture gives priority to the profits over employees.
- Hierarchy Culture: This type of organization culture gives priority to stability and effectiveness.
