Joint is a place where the surface of two or more bones articulated with each other. Based on their position and function they are divided into several types. A synovial joint is a freely movable joint which is composed of the articular capsule. It is made up of fibrous connective tissue. The synovial fluid is present between the bones, which helps in broad movement and provide protection from shock. The joint stabilized by articular disk.
