There are many issues faced by organizations to implement change such as inertia, sceptics, resistance and insecurity. The leaders or managers should implement change step by step as it will be impractical to adopt and implement change all at once. Further, implementing change rapidly will lead to many unfavourable consequences especially if it is labour intensive.
