Introduction:
Bones are rigid organs that helps to support and protect various organisms; the major portions of the skeleton are mineralized. It is composed of cartilage, bone tissue, tendons, ligaments, nervous tissue and vasculature. Bone is a collection of proteoglycan and collagen with organic salt help to provide strength and flexibility. Microscopic structure of bone tissue was classified as compact bone and spongy bone.
