Chapter 7, Problem 82P
In the model truck example discussed in Section 7-5, the wind tunnel test section is 3.5 m long, 0.85 m tall, and 0.90 m wide. The one-sixteenth scale model truck is 0.991 m long. 0.257 m tall, and 0.159 m wide, tunnel is the wind tunnel blockage of this model truck? Is it within acceptable limits according to the standard rule of thumb?
