The development of the endochondral bone.

Introduction:

Bone is the hardest structure present in the body. It is whitish in color. The bones require calcium ion which makes it stronger. Bones forms when the bone matrix along with the calcium phosphates replaces the connective tissue layer. The intramembranous bone forms a sheet type layer within the connective tissues. The bone that forms from a mass of hyaline cartilage is known as endochondral bone.
