Mechanism of presynaptic inhibition.

Introduction:

Synapse is the connecting link between two neurons or one neuron and a target cell. The nerve impulse travels through these synapses only. The neurotransmitters are released into the synapses by the pre-synaptic neuron and these neurotransmitter molecules are then received by the post synaptic neuron or the target cell which may result in their stimulation.
