Introduction:

Bacteriophage occasionally follows the lytic cycle to transfer its genetic material between two bacterial species through the transduction process. Whereas, co-transduction is the synchronized transduction of two genes from a donor cell to the recipient cell. The chances of two genes being transduced depends upon how close they are from each other.
