The APH Company is the most respected and famous hospital for women and children in the US country. It ranks in the top 10% in customer satisfaction. The executive director says that the reason for their success is the continuous improvement process.
The process chart is an important tool for the hospital to improve their process efficiently. The consultant SDB person is responsible for the changes made in the hospital. The modifications made by the person has improved the process and improved the speed of delivering those services.
