Non collinear points are points which do not lie on same line. A line contains more than two points, so if two lines intersect, there is point on one line that is non collinear to the points on the other line. Therefore, we have a line and a point not on that line, and a line and a point not on that line determine a plane.

Hence, the intersection of line “ l ” and “ m ” form a plane.
