The organic compound in which the carbon radio-isotope $\left(\text{as}\text{part}\text{of}{}^{\text{14}}{\text{CO}}_{\text{2}}\right)$ appears first when a C3 plant absorbs it.

Introduction:

Carbon fixation is the production of organic molecules by extracting carbon atoms from the atmospheric carbon dioxide (inorganic molecule). Some plants use only Calvin-Benson cycle to fix carbon, and these plants are called C3 plants. In these plants both the stages of photosynthesis occur during the day.
