Explanation of Solution

Scheduling causing conflicts on projects:

  • Scheduling is an important stage of planning that helps project team to properly execute the project.
  • Unless it is carried out properly, it might lead to project delays and over budget.
  • Many projects fail when there is poor time management and wastage of other resources.
  • It is important to involve all stakeholders so that sufficient time is ensured to carry out all activities.
  • Time is a major constraint from Client perspective, and biggest plan is to complete projects within the stipulated time.
  • Sometimes during the end of the project, there is a big push to complete it, and it might cause conflicts internally within the team which adds to work pressure of the members.
  • Hence time constraints and scheduling tasks create conflicts within the team.
  • Also, while working with people from different culture and regions of the world also create differences in plan. Their week-off, holidays of the year are different.
  • Also, the working styles can be very different, some following a strict rule and some a very casual approach to the deadlines.
  • All these differences among team members also lead to pressure and conflicts.
