Becoming a vegan takes a strong commitment and significant education to know how to combine foods and eat in quantities to meet nutrient requirements. Most of us will not choose to become vegetarians, but many of us would benefit from a diet of less meat. Identify ways you could alter your diet so that you eat less meat.

Concept Introduction:

Eating less meat is beneficiary for the animals, Earth, and the planet. Besides being a vegan there could be many possible ways to limit or alter the diet for lesser meat uptake. The five possible ways to cut down meat uptake is as follows
