To determine:

The response of a server if a pregnant woman ordered a daiquiri. Is it her right to make those decisions about her unborn child heath also determine whether an individual bear any responsibility and whether a restaurant responsible for monitoring dietary habits of consumers.

Introduction:

Alcohol consumption during gestation may lead to birth defects in the fetus known as fetal alcohol syndrome. The symptoms of this syndrome include irregularities in face and head, heart defects, behavioral problems, intellectual disability and so on. The “U.S. Surgeon General’s Office” recommends that the alcohol and liquor bottles must contain warning label so to prevent the pregnant woman from consumption of alcohol.
