Simulates a simple light program

Program plan:

• Include necessary header files.
• Define the class “Light”.
  • Declare the necessary private variables.
  • Define the method “init()”.
    • Assign the “false” value to the “on” variable.
    • Create a content pane.
    • Initially set the background color as white.
    • Create a button.
    • Add the action to this button.
    • Set the layout.
    • Add a button on the window screen.
    • Add a button and border layout on the window screen.
  • Define the “actionPerformed ()” method.
    • If the action is equal to “On/ Off”, execute the “if” loop.
      • If the “on” value is true, set the background color as yellow.
      • Otherwise, set the background color as dark gray.
