Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Liposomes are tiny spherical vesicles formed of phospholipids enclosing water droplets. These are artificially made to deliver drugs or other materials or nutrients in the tissues. Liposomes are prepared by disruption of biological membranes. There are various types of liposomes. In a given condition, the liposomes are formed of red blood cell (RBC) membranes and frog egg membranes. The liposomes made of RBC membranes burst faster than liposomes formed of frog egg membrane.
