Introduction:
B-cells are a type of white blood cell. It is a subtype of the lymphocyte. They play a role in the humoral immunity by secreting antibodies. Humoral immunity is a component of the adaptive immune system. There are numerous successive efforts at the productive rearrangement of a light-chain gene. This happens on one of the chromosomes before starting any rearrangements on the second chromosome.
