To review:

Whether it is reasonable to guess that the concentrations of the carbon dioxide (CO₂) could be lowered by the primary producers, present in the water bodies and on land by providing a proof in support of the answer.

Introduction:

The plants use CO₂ during the process of photosynthesis and fix it in the form of glucose, which is available as the food to different organisms of the earth. The carbon available after respiration and metabolic processes by plants contributes to the net primary production (NPP) of the earth. The plants act as the primary producers since, they provide food, upon which all the other life forms are dependent.
