Introduction: Partial digestion of antibodies using proteases resulted in two fragments, namely Fc (fragment that is crystallizable) and Fab (fragment that binds the antigen). The Fab region is distinct for antibody of each individual and the Fc region of all antibody of a particular kind is identical virtually. The T-cell receptor (TCR) is a protein that is mostly composed of two chains, namely α chain and β chain.
