The stereoisomers that are non-superimposable on one another and are not mirror images of each other are diastereomers. Stereoisomers with two or more chiral centers can be diastereomers if the configurations at some but not all chiral centers are different. The configuration of a chiral center can be changed by exchanging the positions of two of the four groups attached to it. Enantiomer of a configurational isomer is drawn by inversion of all chiral centers.
