(Exponentiation) Write a function $\text{integerpower}\left(\text{base},\text{ exponent}\right)$ that returns the value of ${\text{base}}^{\text{exponent}}$

For example, $\text{integerPower }\left(\text{3},\text{4}\right)=\text{3}*\text{3}*\text{3}*\text{3}$. Assume that exponent is a positive, nonzero integer, and base is an integer. Function integerPower should use for to control the calculation. Do not use any math library functions.
