Concept introduction:

To solve the question, we have to use Dalton’s Law of partial pressure of gases according to which for a mixture of non-reacting gases, the sum of the partial pressures exerted by each individual gas in a mixture is equal to the total pressure of the mixture.

The expression for combined gas law is as below:

P1V1n1T1=P2V2n2T2

When P1 and P2 are pressure of gases, V1 and V2 are volume of gases, n1 and n2 are number of moles and T1 and T2 are temperatures at initial and final conditions respectively.
