Given: In September 2013, Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) reported highly contaminated water leaking from a storage tank at the Fukushima nuclear power plant crippled in a March 2011 earthquake and Tsunami.

Concept Introduction: People who are concerned with the business activities of any company are called stakeholders.

Case Summary: Fukushima nuclear disaster took place at Fukushima nuclear power plant. Because of the Tsunami followed by an earthquake, the disaster occurred. The active reactors were shut down immediately but the emergency generators stopped working which kept the reactors calm. This made the reactors spill out radiation which is still spilling.
