The kind, accommodating agreeable individuals may be considered very successful, however, there are areas where it is not so. Agreeable individuals are generally low earners. They are poor negotiators when it comes to salary negotiations, they are attracted to low paying jobs and they fail to rank up the ladder as leaders, because of their lower drive. However it is not the earnings that completely constitute a happy life, these agreeable individuals are generally happy in work and life as well.
