Introduction:
The TCRs are the receptors, which are capable of binding to the antigen, presented by major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. The professional antigen presenting cells presents MHC molecules having antigen peptides. This type of response is known as the cell-mediated response. The antibodies or the immunoglobulins are capable of detecting the molecules, which are present in the plasma, exhibiting a humoral response.
