Introduction:

The figure of contractions or beats the heart executes per minute is called the pulse rate. An average heart rate should be 60 to 100 beats per minute, but it can fluctuate from minute to minute. During exercise, it can rise to 130 to 150 beats per minute which is natural because the body requires more oxygen during exercise.
