Analyzing the situation is of utmost importance before taking any form of action or decisions. Information can be delivered in various methods in this day and age. However as a responsible organization, the most effective methods have to be chosen for that particular type of information. Basically, the medium and channel in which the information is going to be delivered must be determined for the maximum benefit. Media can be divided into three broad types oral, written or visual.
