Introduction

The excessive surge of electrical activity in the brain that causes various symptoms depending on the brain parts is called a seizure. These are the result of brain injury or genetics. This medical condition affects around 1 percent of all children. The seizures are categorized into two main types that are focal seizure and generalized seizure.
