Calendar and email:

• Calendar application helps users to make their schedules whereas email application helps people to share information to other persons.
• Email is a web program that lets the users to edit and share it with other persons which can be accessed only with the help of Internet connectivity.
• Some of the features offered by calendar application are:
  • It offers drag and drop options for creating plans and events.
  • It supports for recurring daily, weekly, monthly and yearly events.
  • It also offers many languages which will be convenient for the users.
• E-mail application often synchronizes with the contacts list in mobile device and it suggests images to send when the user types the name of the person.

  Scanning:

• This application uses mobile device’s camera to scan QR code.
  • The full form of QR code is Quick Response code.
  • QR codes are similar to barcode which contains matrix of dots that signifies the web address and other data.
  • They are scanned by QR scanner or a mobile device with the help of camera.
  • Some shops and super markets use this scanner which provides the cost of the specific item that the user buys.

Financial application:

• It is an accounting application that aids the users at home and offices to balance their checkbooks, bills, and also it helps to track income, expenses, and investments in order to estimate financial plans.
• This software helps the users to find out the purpose they are spending money so that they can manage their finances.
• It contains financial planning features like,
  • Analyzing home and personal loans
  • Preparing income taxes
  • Supervising retirement savings
  • Managing home stock
