It is a common scenario that organizations go global within the current business context where technological enhancements have made it much easier than ever before. However, it is questionable if such global companies entertain a management that is also global. The reality is that it is not. In many cases, the majority of the top positions are being held by people of the original nationality of the organization. This is much instrumental in creating a sense of discouragement among employees of other nationalities.
