- "During my interview with S.P., I learned about her vital role in ensuring patient safety and well-being through high-quality care. She collaborates closely with doctors and nurses, sharing important information about her patients. However, S.P. also faces challenges, particularly with communication barriers that can delay care and create misunderstandings. What stood out to me was our shared belief in the importance of interprofessional collaboration. We both agree that effective teamwork not only improves patient outcomes but also enhances efficiency, leading to more comprehensive care and better health overall." make this sound more human writingarrow_forwardwhich nursing theory aligns with your philosophy?arrow_forwardProfessional identity in the nursing profession today?arrow_forward
