Introduction:
There are twenty different amino acids that make up a protein with an inimitable side chain (comprises polarity). Some of them have non polar side chains while others have polar with positive, negative or uncharged groups. The side chains of amino acids are very significant to determine a protein structure as they can bond with the other amino acid to extent the protein chain. Any change in the order of amino acids (mainly the side chains) results in different protein.
