Introduction:
DNA is mostly found in the nucleus, and some amount of DNA is also found in the organelle like mitochondria. The DNA and the proteins which are associated with it are called histones. The histones are organized into discrete structures called chromosomes. DNA directs the protein synthesis by the means of the RNA intermediate. RNA can leave the nucleus through nuclear pores.
