Computers play an important role for manufacturing organizations as there is a system known as computer-integrated manufacturing which involves computerized integration with many of the aspects like product design, production, process planning, operations, and management. It is a methodology which is mainly effective for large-scale integrated system which includes machines, computers and their controls.
