When we look at the galaxies from the other heavenly bodies they all seem to be moving because the universe in expanding and they are receding from all other regionsx` in the universe.
Explanation of Solution
According to the Big Bang theory, the universe is continuously expanding. This means that all observable regions of the universe are receding from all other regions. So, while all galaxies appear to be moving away from us on the Earth, if we looked at them from another heavenly body, those galaxies would still appear to be moving away.
