Concept introduction: Animal phylogeny is the rapidly changing field for the biologists. The members of the animal kingdom are incredibly diverse. However, there are certain common features that differentiate them from other organisms of the kingdom. Arthropods are considered as the most biologically successful animal groups. The arthropods are diverse group of animals and they cover a greater range of habitats than the other animal group members.
