Introduction: Ctenophores are free-swimming, marine organisms. There are 150 species of ctenophores present approximately. Bioluminescence is well-marked in ctenophores. Body wall of ctenophores consists of three layers, namely outer epidermis, inner gastrodermis, and middle mesoglea.
