Dr. Abraham Hassan had to take the decision of where to do the large scale clinical tests, in USA where the doctors as well as patients for testing would not only be difficult to find but costly or to do the testing in Albania as suggested by David Berger, chief research and development, where it would not only be cheap but available in plenty.
