Culture determines how people interact with one another and how they respond to different situations and justify themselves. Culture is the social behavior and norms found in different human societies. Cultures vary widely across regions, countries, organizations and societies. Globalization refers to the increasing spread of products, technology, information and jobs across national borders and cultures.
