Density of the light liquid = ρ1

Density of the heavy liquid = ρ2

Height from top surface of light liquid to the top surface of the block = h0

Height from the top of the block to the liquids interface = h1

Height from liquid interface to the bottom of block = h2

Archimedes' principle,

According to Archimedes principle the upward buoyant force that is exerted on a body immersed in a fluid, is equal to the weight of the fluid that the body displaces.
