With the origin and the steps involved with the evolution management which is linked to the ancient civilization, not only it has contributed the effective ways of channelizing the resources, but it has also provided historical evidence to shape up the principles of the management. It has been determined how with the history, there have been leaders associated with the masses that have influenced the role of the intelligence, physical and mental capabilities. With the unique set up, it has also introduced the principles of management and the industrial revolution that has helped in shaping up the major part of the theories and background. Over some time, there has been a modern management practice and theory, which has worked parallel with the organization motive and objectives.
