Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Testes are enclosed inside the scrotum, which hangs out to maintain a lower temperature for the sperm production than the inside body temperature. The testes should be in 1-8oC below the average body temperature which is of 37oC. Rise in testes’ temperature may lead to decrease in sperm production. To maintain such lower temperature, testes is surrounded by specialized veins that lowers the temperature for sperm development.
