Summary Introduction

Introduction:

Semen is a white fluid discharge from the penis of a male during his orgasm. A male normally ejects about 2 to 5 mL of semen per ejaculation.  A typical semen consists of 60% seminal fluid, 30 % of prostatic fluid, and 10 % of sperm. There is about 120 millions of sperms in 1 mL of semen. The reduction in the number of sperms below 50 million leads to oligospermia condition, a male infertility disorder.
