Yes, some line in absorption spectra at room temperature are identical with the emission spectra lines at higher temperature.
Explanation of Solution
When electrons at high temperatures are giving off a photon and jumps down to lower states (ground). Due to those electrons some lines in emission spectra are identical with absorption spectra lines at room temperature. However more lines in emission spectra (electrons at high energy level)are in excited state are makes transitions with higher energy levels at high temperature.
