Introduction:
The loop of Henle descends into the medulla of the kidney, where the concentration of solutes in the interstitial fluid is very high. Their ultrastructure changes depending on the function of the segment they are present in. The loop of Henle is further divided into descending and ascending limbs.

number of possible alleles from each parent determines the
number of rows and columns in the Punnett square.
