Introduction:

Nutrition is the basis for all life activities by the process of metabolism. In metabolism, the raw materials are taken up and undergo the digestive process by breaking down the large molecules into small biomolecules. These small biomolecules are further absorbed by the intestinal cells and they provide the energy to all living things.
