Introduction:

Nutrition is the basis of all life activities and it is done by the process called metabolism. In metabolism, the raw materials (large) are broken down (digestion) into small biomolecules. This small biomolecules are further absorbed by the intestinal cells and provides the energy to all living things. The principal energy sources of calories are carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Fats provide more calories than carbohydrates and proteins.
