Introduction:

Nutrition is the basis of all life activities, and it is taken care of by the process called metabolism. In metabolism, the raw materials are taken up, and the digestive process by breaking down the large molecules into small biomolecules takes place. These small biomolecules are further absorbed by the intestinal cells and provide energy to all living things. Fats are the most reserve source of energy that is stored in adipose tissues present in the muscle as triglycerides. Essential fatty acids are taken from the diet since it is not synthesized in the human body.
